EVV Checklist for Mobile App
In order for a Caregiver to be able to clock in with the Pavillio Mobile App, make sure you have the following settings in place:

Client Settings:

The Client is in the Current Clients list.

The Client is eligible or has the override turned on.

The Client has a Care Delivery with ADLs/IDLs or Outcomes.

The Client has a unique and active email address.

The Client has the Caregiver(s) assigned to them.

The Client is an Active user under Administration > Manage Users.

Caregiver Settings:

The Caregiver is in the Current Employees list.

The Caregiver has a payrate for the service being provided.

The Caregiver has a unique and active email address.
-
The Caregiver is an Active user under Administration > Manage Users.
