Integrated Community Services Visit Capture

If your Agency captures ICS — Integrated Community Services (T1020.UC) — as a Visit instead of attendance, your Caregivers can do that from the Pavillio Mobile App. ICS Attendance is captured in My Stuff > Record Attendance.

To make sure your Caregiver is set up to capture ICS Visits:

1. Set up your Service Lines.

2. Add your Care Period.

3. Add your Service Agreement.

4. Add the Caregiver to the Client's Care Team.
5. Make sure the Caregiver has a payrate for the Service Line.

Visit submitted by the Caregiver are approved in Care Management > Approve Visits.

Records that are approved is available to export inFinancials > Generate Payroll.

Records that are approved is available to send to the Payor inFinancials > Claims Management.
