Add a Service Line
Service Lines are distinct categories or types of services that your Agency offers, such as Personal Care Assistance, Respite, Home Making, etc.

To add a Service Line:

Go to Administration > Agency > Manage Service Lines.

Click the + Add Service Line button. The Add Service Line panel opens.
- From the Service Line dropdown, select your Service Line.

Enter an Effective Date.

Select Post Payroll Billing from the Parameters Name dropdown and make sure it is set to No. If your state requires payroll before sending claims, select Yes. Click the Add button.

Click the Save button.

Click on the Service Associations tab.

Click the Add button.
-
Select the Service Line from the dropdown.

Select the Service Definition from the dropdown.

Select the correct Agency UMPI/NPI from the dropdown.

Select the Payor from the dropdown.

Select the Provide Type from the dropdown.

Enter the Provider Number.

Click the Save button.

Repeat step 4 for other Payors.

To add a Service Line for ICS:

Go to Administration > Agency > Manage Service Lines.

Click the + Add Service Line button. The Add Service Line panel opens.

From the Service Line dropdown, select In-Home Supports and Services.

Enter an Effective Date.
-
Select Post Payroll Billing from the Parameters Name dropdown and make sure it is set to No. If your state requires payroll before sending claims, select Yes. Click the Add button.

Click the Save button.

Click on the Service Associations tab.

Click the Add button.
-
Select In-Home Supports and Services from the Service Line dropdown.

Select Residential Habilitation- Any - 1:1 from the Service Definition dropdown.

Select the correct Agency UMPI/NPI from the dropdown.

Select the Payor from the dropdown.

Select the Provider Type from the dropdown.

Enter the Provider Number.
-
Click the Save button.

Repeat step 4 for other Payors.
