Care Plan: For any service, both activities and goals/outcomes can now be added to each care plan. The activities and/or outcomes are available for the Caregivers to document upon visit completion. The activities and outcome changes are available in the web version of Pavillio now, and will be in the iOS and Android apps with the next mobile release.

Service Authorization Description: An optional field has been added to the Service Authorization overview screen. This allows you to label the authorization for the Caregivers to select the correct one when clocking in. This is particularly useful when there are two separate authorizations with the same payor for different purposes, such as remote and in-person or live-in and live-out. This description available in the web version of Pavillio now, and will be in the iOS and Android apps with the next mobile release.

ACH payments: For agencies with Pavillio Payments enabled, in addition to the ability to capture credit card payments, we have added an ACH option.

eMAR - Refused Option: When a Client refuses to take a medication, there is now a refused option for the Caregiver to accurately document that refusal.

eMAR - Printing: The eMAR can now be printed, either completed to take along to a medical appointment or as a blank document to store in case of emergency.

When medications are marked as entered in error or inactive in the eMAR, the medications no longer display as scheduled.

Formatting for invoice printing has been corrected to better fit in a window envelope.

Adjustments were made to more accurately capture the geo-locations.

Client/RP IVR approval issue has been resolved

Eligibility adjustment have been made to properly capture client eligibility for certain waiver programs.

Claims Card Filter: A new filter to see the total dollar value of all claims in by status has been added. This is particularly useful for breaking down In Review claims and provides this visibility for claims in any status.

Indiana waivers have been added.

Charting is now available for all service lines without requiring a visit. In the web application, My Stuff > My Clients > Charting is available for all services. These charting entries do not create a billable record do will not generate payroll, as there is no service time associated with them. These notes are reviewed and approved or rejected in Approve Visits > Chartings Only.

An internal processing error when creating or editing admin notes has been resolved.

The support ticket submission form has been fixed.

Formatting corrections have been made to new user activation and password reset emails.

Mobile Version 7.8.0 has been released for Web, iOS and Android. The web version is available for all users now, and iOS/Android will be rolled out over the next 7 days. This version includes the ability to add visit edit reasons and additional configurations to be able to manage the availability or requirement of manual entry, visit notes, client signatures and location capture at the agency level.
