Medical Info Tab

The Medical Info tab on the Client Profile allows you to keep track of a Client's medical information, including Diagnoses, Medications, Allergies, Hospitalizations, and Advanced Directives.

The tab is divided into 5 sections:

  • Advanced Directives: To add an Advanced Directive, click the Edit button at the top of the page, complete the necessary fields, and click the Update button at the top of the page.

  • Hospitalized Details: Hospitalizations recorded in the system will populate here.

  • Diagnosis Codes: Diagnosis Codes entered into the Service Agreement will populate here. To add a diagnosis:

    1. Click the Edit button at the top of the page.

    2. Type a code into the Diagnosis Code field and click the Add button.

    3. Click the Update button at the top of the page.

  • Medication: If your Agency administers or sets up medication, please use the Medication tab (eMAR) instead. For more information, see Medication Tab (eMAR).

  • Allergies: To add an Allergy:

    1. Click the Edit button at the top of the page.

    2. Type an allergy into the Search field and click the Add button.

    3. Click the Update button at the top of the page.
