Certifications and Training Report

The Certifications and Training Report allows you to track employee certifications, monitor training completion, and ensure compliance with credentialing requirements.

Before running the report, you need to have set up training courses on the Agency level and added training to your Employee Profiles.

To run the report:

  1. Go to Reports > Employee.

  2. Click on Employee Certifications. The report may take a few minutes to load.

  3. Use the filters to narrow down the data if applicable, and click Submit.

  4. Click Share.

  5. Select the share file type.

  6. The Export panel opens. If applicable, select Append Date to File Name — this is the date that you exported the file.

  7. Scroll down to the bottom of the panel and click the check mark.

  8. The report may take a few minutes to process, depending on how much data is included. When the report is ready, click Download the created export.
