Readmit a Client After Hospitalization

When a Client returns home and is ready to resume services, moving them back to Ready status is simple.

  1. Go to Clients > Current Clients and search for the Client. You can also filter by setting the Client State dropdown to Hospitalized.

  2. In the Actions column of the Client record, click the Ellipses and select Change Status.

  3. In the Change Status window, select Active from the Status dropdown, select an Effective Date, and leave a note explaining the situation. Click Change.
