Masters Wage Category Feature
The Wage Category feature relates to client pay for adult day and/or employment services. Think of things like general labor, grounds/litter clean up, janitorial work, minimum wage, piece assembly, piece stuffing, and so on.
The wage categories are to be reflective of what your prevailing wage surveys results are. You want to know if your agency provides a discretionary value to the prevailing wage(s). Keep your wage categories at a high level, as maintaining payrates is done at the wage category level.
