Custom Definitions
To allow increased flexibility, you can customize and manage your Agency's billing rates. Use this if you have negotiated a rate that is different from the globally defined rates.
If you use custom rates for your Agency, you are responsible for maintaining the rates going forward. Pavillio Support does not update or maintain custom rates.
This feature is activated by Pavillio System Administration. Contact Pavillio Support Team for details, setup, and guidance.

-
After the Pavillio Support Team has activated the feature, go to Administration > Service Definition and click on the Custom Definitions tab.
-
Under the Actions column, select Service Code Parameters.
-
Click Add Service Parameters.
-
In the panel that opens, enter the Service Code.
-
Select the State, Role and Allocation Ratio.
-
Does this bill rate get a fixed (aka flat) rate? By default No is selected. You can then enter a different rate for each Service Agreement. If you select Yes, this is the rate for all services performed under this Service Code.
-
Enter a Description for the Service Code and an Effective Date.
-
Select the applicable Service Parameters. At minimum, add:
- Unit of Measure
- Gross Rate
- Default Rate
-
Click the Save button.

Once the custom definition is created, you can click the Ellipsis under the Actions column and view details, edit, or clone the custom definition:
