April 2025 Release Notes



This beta will allow you to look at your Caregivers’ availability and preferences in order to solve for open shifts. Pavillio will suggest employees to fill these shifts, and you can accept these suggestions. Contact Pavillio Support to enable this feature for your Agency.

An additional setting has been added to the Settings tab of the scheduler to allow auto-confirmation of the scheduled visits. This will allow visits that meet start and stop within the allowed window to be considered approved by the agency and bypass the Pending Approval card in Approve Visits.

Clients are able to be scheduled at a location for a period of time, and this will flow through into the Record Attendance and Client Attendance screens. You’ll see an additional filter to view All clients in that location or Scheduled Clients. If Scheduled Clients is selected, the scheduled clients with their scheduled times that day will display in the client list.

Send for signing No Document Found issue has been fixed. All care documents can now be sent for signing.

Mapping and signature issues in PDF Documents have been fixed. Mapped attributes will pull into generated PDF documents from the Client/Employee Documents tab, and signatures will once again be accepted.

Custom Agency Service Rates - To allow increased flexibility, we have enabled the ability to customize and manage the billing rate at the agency level. If you choose to customize the rate for your agency, you will need to update the rates on your own going forward. This feature does require some initial setup so please contact support if you’d like to utilize this option.

Import Enhancement - Care Document – Create a system generated care document with start date, end date, notes and activities. This will allow a seamless process to onboard clients with program specific activities to be selected during a visit.

Import enhancement - Care Team – This import will create a care team connection between clients and employees.

OASIS E1 is now available in Pavillio.

View/download claim files from Pavillio. In Claims Management, there’s a new tab called EDI Messages History that shows the status of all files sent from or received into Pavillio. From here, you can download the file to review on your own. This includes files such as the 270/271, 837, 999, 276/277, 835.
