Completion of portal view of shift-based activities.

Upload Service Agreement: When uploading a Service Agreement, payor formatting changes have been accounted for to move forward with uploading the Service Agreement.

IVR fixes relating to approvals and Client Name read out have been resolved.

Rounding issue in Record Charge for service code H0043.U5 resolved,

Import enhancements to provide more specific failed reasons should a request fail.

Error with uploading a Service Agreement has been resolved.

Filtering issue in Approve Visits related to Show My Caseload/Show My Employees has been resolved.

Spacing issue when printing the 485 has been corrected.

Additional Info field addition: You can now create an additional info field with a dropdown list that you define. This will allow you to keep consistent responses across all Clients or Employees.

Shift-based activities: When setting up activities on a care document, activities can be assigned to a shift (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Overnight). The shift selection will then display on the activities for that shift when documenting a visit. If you are interested in establishing shifts for your agency, contact Support to get started.

IVR: General bug fixes

Hub: SA entry issue related in waiver selection has been resolved.
