Scheduler Notifications: Multiple alerts can be sent to Caregivers, Clients and/or Responsible Parties when visits are approaching, a scheduled clock-in was missed or the visit was not clocked out on time. These can all be added from the Settings tab of the Scheduler.

Transportation and mileage billing can now be done from Paper Timesheets > Trip Entry. Allowing trips and/or mileage to be entered and billed out through Pavillio.

New languages added to the Preference selection: Cambodian and ASL.

New user activation email format corrections have been completed.

General care document date requirement has been removed.

Enhanced Incoming Clients View: The same great features with some additional requests included. The full client profile is available in order to add information such as the care plan or generate documents with the client details before the client is active. Additionally, set intake statuses at the agency level to enhance tracking and visibility throughout the intake process.

Private Pay has been added for DSS. A new DSS-Private Pay service line has been added to support tracking client attendance and generating an invoice to a private payor. This new service and existing private pay service can be seamlessly managed using Pavillio Payments. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Support Team to get started.

Enhanced Visit Edits Workflow: Improved end-to-end workflow for capturing and managing visit edit reasons. This includes a more robust feature for Caregivers to capture needed edits and associated reasons in the app, which can then be reviewed by the Agency in Approve Visits prior to submission. This is in the web version today and will be available in the next release of the iOS and Android mobile apps.

Multiple Service Codes in Scheduler: When creating a schedule for service, the scheduler is able to select one or more service codes within the same service line, to be applied to the visit that the Caregiver completes.

Audit Trails for Service Agreements: This tracks changes made to a Service Agreement in the History tab to provide better visibility into the changes made throughout the SA lifecycle.

Recuperative Care: Added the ability to bill out T2033 while reflecting the additional service provided on the claim.

EVV Sync Status in Claims Management: A new column has been added to Claims Management to reflect the EVV sync status.

IVR: Ability to approve multiple visits fixed, issue with rehired employees is resolved, issue related to autopriority is resolved.

Imports: Invalid failed reason Service Agreement does not exist for the Given Client has been corrected.

Sporadic Internal processing error when updating care delivery documents has been resolved.
