  • Updated configuration screen in Administration > Masters > Configuration to separate out portal-based configurations from app-based configurations.

  • Improved the useability of the Documents tab in the Client and Employee profiles, maintaining the ability to upload and generate documents, while also having the ability to view the documents by categories for a much cleaner and more organized view.

  • Increased validations to require the EVV Identifier and Program ID for Payors requiring these for successful EVV record syncing.

  • Import delay issue has been resolved.

  • An IVR time zone update to reflect the proper time zone the user is working in has been implemented.

  • Error when viewing certain documents has been resolved.

  • Eligibility Verification for Wisconsin has been added.

  • Detailed private pay invoices to reflect the specific service details have been added.

  • Enhanced functionality for the daily charges to enhance performance of the Record Charge screen.

  • Paper Timesheets: When visits are scheduled, the schedule time is made available for selection during entry instead of hand-typing the times.

  • Issue editing Additional Info has been resolved.

  • Print/Fax view of care delivery documents has been corrected.

  • IVR: Issues related to scheduled visits, shift prompting, and care team have been resolved.

  • Approve Visits filter issue has been corrected.

  • OASIS diagnosis code error has been resolved.

  • Inability to assign a service location has been resolved.

  • Edit Certification Periods: Once a certification period has closed, the user is now able to edit the end date and update documentation within the previously closed certification period.

  • Enhanced the import capabilities for better performance.

  • Adjusted OASIS validations for middle name and suffix.

  • Correction of total hours vs regular hours display relating to overnight visits.
