Additional validations to support successful aggregator sync in Delaware.

Enhanced External Contact Management: Case Manager/Care Coordinator companies can be set up in Pavillio and individual contacts can be associated with the company directly to maintain a record of representatives at a particular agency. Once the company is set up and Case Manager/Care Coordinator contact associated, this contact can be set up as part of the Client's Care Team.

Client Tasks and Non-billable Time Entry Reversal: Client tasks (Approve Tasks) can be moved back to Pending Approval. This is done either from Approve Visits/Approve Tasks if the payroll has not been computed, or by searching for this record in Advanced Payroll View if payroll has already been computed.

Medication change history is now logged in the client profile: You can find it under History > Medication Information. This includes the date, time, user and the change made to medications on the Medication tab.

Private Pay Invoices: Additional detail added to specify service provided and associated charges. The new invoices includes the Service Date, Service Line, Description, Total Hours, Unit Rate, Service Code, Amount and total Balance, ensuring your client knows what the charges are for.

Charting: Charting is available as an option at any time to any user who has access to a client’s profile or access to the client lists in the attendance screens. From the Ellipsis, select Charting to add notes.

Group Family Training: Group Family Training has been added as a new Service Line which captures the time and charting needs for a class type style of group training.

OASIS-E2 Assessment: OASIS-E2 is now available as a Care Document, and users can clone values over from a client’s OASIS-E1.

HUB: The HUB now allow users to see, track, and retry Service Agreements that are added from MNITS when the client is not yet active in Pavillio.

OASIS: Updated Agency ID, Transaction Type and Correction Number.

Medications Overlap: Duplicate medications in different dosage amounts are no longer triggering an error in the Client’s Medication schedule.
