EVV Vendor Enrollment (Minnesota Providers)

Beginning January 1, 2026, the Minnesota Department of Human Services (MN DHS) is beginning to review and enforce Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) compliance for all Providers. This initiative ensures that agencies meet both state and federal EVV requirements.

What You Need to Do

If your agency uses Pavillio for visit documentation, you must enroll with HHAeXchange and designate Pavillio as your EVV provider. This enrollment is required so that visits recorded in Pavillio are properly submitted to the MN DHS state aggregator for EVV.

How to Enroll

Complete the HHAeXchange Provider Enrollment Form and select Pavillio as your EVV vendor.

Complete this step as soon as possible to ensure compliance before January 1, 2026. Failure to enroll may result in non-compliance with Minnesota EVV requirements, which could impact your ability to bill and receive payment for EVV-verified services.
