End a Visit (Mobile App)

To end a visit in the Pavillio Mobile App:

  1. Tap the Clock Out button on any of the app screens.

  2. Select the Service Clockout Location from the dropdown and tap OK.

  3. Scroll down to the Activities section and toggle on the activities that were performed during the visit by tapping to the right. A green checkmark appears.

  4. If applicable, scroll down and write any notes in the Notes section.

  5. Scroll down and sign your name in the Employee Signature section.

  6. Scroll down and have the Client sign in the Client Signature section and enter their PIN in the Client Pin field.

    If the Client is not available, tap Not Available above the Client Signature field.

    Have the Client sign in the Client Signature section and enter their PIN.

  7. Tap the Save if you want to submit the visit at a later date. Tap Submit to submit the visit information.
