Approve a Visit (Mobile App)

When a Visit is complete, the Client or a Responsible Party will confirm that services were performed via the Pavillio Mobile Apps.

  1. If the Client or Responsible Party is present when completing the Visit documentation, have them sign for the Visit in the Caregiver App before tapping Submit.
  2. If the Client or Responsible Party is not present when completing the Visit documentation, click Submit. The Visit then goes to the Client/RP Pavillio app for signature.
    • All Clients/Responsible Parties for each client in a session need to be approved before the session can be finalized.

    • Unsigned/unapproved visit records will appear in Care Management > Approve Visits > Timecards under the Incomplete card as drafts
