Why Can't I Submit My Time?

There are a few reasons why you may not be able to submit your time.

  1. Go to Dashboard > Visits to Submit and check for red text on your Visits. This will indicate where the error is. Tap the Edit button to fix the issues within the Visit.

  2. Go into the Visit and check that you have added Activities for the Visit.

  3. You cannot submit a Visit that already exists (i.e. the same Services for the same Client at the same time).

  4. If none of the above are applicable, there may be an issue with the Client's paperwork. Please reach out to your Agency,
