Minnesota DHS Service Authorizations Automation
Pavillio can import Minnesota DHS Service Authorizations for you. For this to work, you must have has Direct Connectivity for Service Agreements set up on Administration > Agency > Communication > Type = Service Agreement setup. If you want this connectivity, submit a Support Request.
It is crucial that you maintain the MN-ITS password(s) in the Direct Connectivity in Pavillio. Without maintaining this information, the communication with your MN-ITS inbox is disrupted.

Service Agreements appear under Hub > Authorizations. New Service Agreements that arrived during the current month displays here.
