Hub Documents Tab
The Documents tab allows you to manage documents.

Go to Hub > Documents tab> click the Send New Template button.

From the Send New Template window:

Signature Template: Select the document you want to send.

Entity Type:
-
Select the Client, Employee or Other: From Recipients search for and select the individual. or,

Select External User > enter the Name > enter the Email address.

Click the Add button.

Workflow Type:
-
Sequential – Sends the document to approver 1 (signee) and then to approver 2 (signee) after the first signature is complete.

Parallel – Send the document to all signees at the same time.

Approvers: Any user that you added as a recipient is available to select as the Approver.

Click Send.

Monitor and manage the status of the document in Actions column. You can do the following:

Resend
-
View
-
Download
-
History
-
Cancel
-
