Clients receives an email with an invoice on the first of each month. This can be adjusted to a weekly or bi-weekly cadence via Administration > Masters > Configuration > Invoice Generation Period.
The invoice email includes a link to make a payment. The Client enters their credit card information and amount on the webpage, then saves.
The Client or Responsible Party can view their open balance under My Stuff > My Financials. They can also make payments and review their payment history here.
