Parked Records

In Financials > Claims Management, you may see the Parked status under the Failed card.

Parked Claims Status

When claims move through the system, there are a number of validations that happen to ensure the record is as clean as possible for creating a claim. One of these validations checks is for available units.

If a record goes into Parked status, the Service Agreement Line Item is out of units, or the maximum hours per day has been exceeded for that line. This allows you an opportunity to move those units to a different line if needed or request more units from the county case manager.

If the individual is not out of units, check the max hours per day for the Service Line in the Service Agreement. If this is set to low you may need to increase it to get the records to pass validation.
