Join and Replace Claims

When claims have been sent separately and you would like to combine them, you will need to do the following:

  1. Move claims to the workbench by selecting their checkboxes and then clicking the Move Claims to Workbench button.

  2. If only one date is on the claim, void one of the claims. If there is more than one, click the Trash icon to delete the record, and then do a replacement of the claim.

  3. Add the units from the voided claim or trashed line to the line item of the remaining claim.

  4. Select the claims and click Replace. They will go through validation.

The two claims will not combine since they were two separate claims.
