* If a worker has terminated during the current calendar year, they must be added to Pavillio Payroll to facilitate the generation of Form W2 at the end of the year.

All reports, for both current and prior quarters, must contain the following data:

Wages: These should be broken out by specific compensation types (Ex. Hourly, Salary, Tips, Bonus, Commission, 1099-NEC, etc.).

Employee (EE) Taxes: Ensure the employee withholding tax amounts are broken out for each employee (e.g., Federal Income Tax, State Income Tax, Social Security, Medicare, etc.).

Employer (ER) Taxes: Ensure the employer tax amounts are broken out for each employee (Ex. Federal Unemployment Insurance (FUTA), State Unemployment Insurance (SUI), Social Security, Medicare, etc.).

Benefits & Deductions: Ensure the amounts are broken out for each benefit and/or deduction (Ex. Child Support, 401K, Roth 401K, Pre-tax Medical Insurance, Post-tax AFLAC, etc.).
