Terminate an Employee

To terminate an Employee that is no longer providing services for you:

  1. Go to Employees > Current Employees

  2. Find the Employee you would like to terminate.
  3. In the Employee record, click the Ellipses under the Actions column and select Terminate.

  4. The Terminate Employee window opens. Select the date of termination and enter a reason under Notes.
  5. Click Change.

The employee record is now found on the Current Employees page when filtering for a Status of Terminated.
