When a new remittance is received in Pavillio, the Biller and Agency Admin users receive a notification under the Bell icon. Examples include: Payment from (Payor) was received., Payment date, and Check."

Employee Certifications expiring 30 days, 7 days, or Expired Closed

When an employee has a certification or training that’s expiring, the Employee and the Reporting Manager get a Notification under the Bell icon and a Push Notification that the training is expiring.

The 30 day alert says, “{Employee name} has a certification expiring in 30 days. {Certification name} expires on {Expiration date}.” There are a similar notifications for 7 days and expired certifications.

Once the certification is expired, the Employee gets the expired notification and then no further notifications are sent.

Employee Approaching 40 hours Worked for the Week Closed

When an employee reaches 38 hours for the week, the Employee and Client/RP receives an alert every hour as 40 hours approach. The alert says, "{Employee name} is approaching overtime for the current week. There are 02:00 hours remaining this week."

Employee Exceeded 40 Hours Worked for the Week Closed

When an employee submits a visit that exceeds 40 hours, the Employee, Client/RP and internal Case Manager get a notification that says, "{Employee name} has submitted visits that exceed 40 hours this week."
