Reset Client PIN

To reset a PIN on the Client Profile,

  1. Go to Clients > Current Clients > Search for the individual.

  2. Click the user name to open the Client Profile.

  3. Select the Ellipses... beside your user name and then select Reset PIN.

  4. Select Reset from the Reset Pin window. A system generated PIN is sent to the email address in the profile with the new PIN.
