Create an IAPP
Individualized Abuse Prevention Plans (IAPPs) are found on the Care tab of the Client Profile. For each Service Line that the client has, you can add Service Line-specific documentation to each individual Care Period. You can also add certain documents, like the IAPP, as a General document that is not connected to a specific service line.

-
Go to Clients > Current Clients and find the Client record.
-
Go to the Care tab.
-
Click on Add Care Document
-
Select IAPP as the Care Document Type.
-
Select the applicable option under Create Care Document By:
-
Linking to Care Period: Allows you to create an IAPP for each service line. If selected, you will need to select the care period from the Select Care Period drop down, or
-
Keep it General to All Service Lines: Allows you to create one IAPP document for the Client that can apply to all service lines.
-
-
Select IAPP as the document template
-
Select a Document Template from the list. Click Select.
-
Complete the form and click Save.

- Find the document you would like to clone on the Client's Care page.
- In the Actions column, click the Ellipses, and then select Clone.
Cloning can only be done per Service Line. If there is a general document, you will not be able to create one for individual service lines with overlapping dates.

If the document is active, you can edit the start and end dates.
If the document is inactive, you need to turn on the client override, and then you can edit the start and end dates.
An archived version of the original document is saved in the Client Profile on the Documents tab.
