Assign Attendance Location

The location that is associated with a new Service Agreement is the Client’s home location.

To make the Client's attendance in an alternate location, you will need to edit the Client's location. If a DSP indicates that someone is not in the attendance rosters, it is most likely the Service Location is incorrect, the Autopriority in the Service Agreement is not set to Yes, or there is no Service Agreement.

To assign an attendance location:

  1. Go to Clients > Current Clients and click on the Client.

  2. Click on the Care Coordination tab and locate the current Service Agreement.

  3. Look at the Address. If it is incorrect, continue with the following steps.

  4. Click the Edit button at the top of the page.

  5. Click the Edit icon under the Actions column.

  6. The Assign Services Location window opens. Click the radio button next to Search Location. Click Search.

  7. Select the correct location and click the Assign button.

  8. Click the Update button at the top of the page.
