Add Client Pay Rates

The Pay Rate tab on a Client's Profile is used for adding pay rates for tasks performed by the Client as part of DSS.

To add a pay rate for a Client:

  1. Go to Clients > Current Clients and click on the Client record.

  2. Go to the Pay Rate tab.

  3. Click the Edit button at the top of the page.

  4. Enter the Payroll ID from your payroll software.

  5. Select the Wage Category from the dropdown. Selections are based on the Wage Category setup above.

    1. Hourly:

      • The Unit Type and Wage Category Rate are auto-populated based on the Wage Category.

      • Enter the Pay Rate Percentage based on the Hourly Performance Evaluation (HPE).

      • Leave the End Date blank. You will use this when there is an increase in the payrate for this wage category.

    2. Piece Rates:

      • The Unit Type, Wage Category Rate, Pay Rate Percentage and Calculated Payrate are auto-populate based on the Wage Category.

      • Enter the Effective Date.

      • Leave the End Date blank. You will use this when there is an increase in the payrate for this wage category.

  6. Click the Add button.

  7. Click the Update button at the top of the page.
