Service History Feature
Use the Service History feature under Care Management > Service History to view activities, outcomes, charting notes, charges, attendance, and non-billable entries.
The View Visits tab displays activities, outcomes, and charting notes. Use filters as desired. Filter by service line, dates, client, discharged clients, employee, inactive employees, visit record status, and claim record status. You can review 3 months at a time if no client is specified. If a client is used in the search, a full year can be selected.
Click the Eye icon to view visit details, and visit history for visits created after 3/26/2025.
The View Charges tab displays charges related to specific service lines like county case management, housing support, and PERS and devices. Filter by service line, dates, client, service charge status, or claim register status.
The View Attendance tab displays attendance related to specific service lines like day support services, employment services, foster care services, and transportation. Filter by service, location, dates, client, attendance status, and claim register status.
The View Non-Billable Entry tab displays non-billable entries. Filter by service line, dates, activity, employee, and timesheet status.
