Record Charge Feature
The Record Charge feature under Care Management > Record Charge is used for monthly county case management, mental health services visits, monthly assessment charges, moving expenses, and more. These are items not associated with a visit, but you do need to effectively bill for the service.

Enter monthly charges here. For example, you may charge the state a monthly fee for a PERS device.

Go to Care Management > Record Charge > Monthly tab.

Complete the fields and then select Search.

Review the results and adjust the amounts in the Amount field if needed.

Select the checkbox beside the record(s) and then select Finalize. This adds the item to your regular billing and into the View area of the Record Charge feature.

Enter records one day at a time or several days at one time. This is useful when adding a charge for each day for a full month.

Go to Care Management > Record Charge > Daily tab.

Deselect the Bulk Charges checkbox.

Complete the fields and then select Add New. The date range can be one day or several days.

Review the results and adjust the amounts in the Billing Amount (USD) field if needed.

Select the checkbox beside the record(s) and then select Finalize. This adds the item to your regular billing and into the View area of the Record Charge feature.

Click the Plus sign to see daily charges.
