Approve Tasks Feature
This area is used for Day Support Services. If you do not provide DSS, you do not need to use this feature.
The Approve Tasks feature under Care Management > Approve Tasks, allows you to approve tasks your clients clock into or capture the piece counts. As a Best Practice, approve tasks weekly and prior to your payroll cutoff.

All records come in on the Submitted Card. Review these first.

Go to Care Management > Approve Tasks > set the filters and then click Search.

Optional: Click the Columns icon and add additional columns like Start Time, Stop Time, and Location.

Select the checkbox beside a record(s) and review it.

Use the Pencil icon in the Actions column to make edits.

Use the Eye icon to view the record.

Use the Delete icon to delete the record. The record moves to the Deleted card.

Click Finalize. The record moves to the Approved card and is eligible for billing and payroll.

Once a record has been finalized, it moves to the Approved card and is ready for billing and payroll. Once a record is approved, it cannot be edited.

This is a list of all records that have been deleted.
