Masters Report Permission Feature

Use the Report Permission feature to give specific Roles the ability to look at sensitive reports. For example, you could allow your Biller to see the Aging Report while restricting other financial reports.

  1. Go to Administration > Masters > Report Permission.

  2. Type the name of the report, or part of the name in the Search field.

  3. Click Search. The results display.

  1. Go to Administration > Masters > Report Permission.

  2. Click the Assign Role button.

  3. Complete the fields in the Assign Role window. Select as many Roles as needed.

    Click Save.

There may be times when you need to add or remove a role from a report.

  1. Go to Administration > Masters > Report Permission.

  2. Click the Pencil icon under the Actions column.

  3. Complete the fields in the Update Role window. Select as many Roles as needed.
