Masters Distribution Lists
A Distribution List is a group of email addresses used to send a message to everyone on the list at once. It’s sometimes called a Distro.
Pavillio already has lists for caregivers, clients, qualified professionals, and responsible parties ready for you. You cannot edit or delete these lists.
You can add additional Distribution List. You can edit and delete lists that you create.

Go to Administration > Masters and then select Distribution List.

Select the Add Distribution List button.

From the Distribution List window, enter a short name and description of the list as well as add the recipients or roles that you want to add to the Distribution List. The Caregivers and Qualified Professionals are set as default distribution lists.
There is a limit of 50 users if you select individual users instead of roles.
You can edit and delete any distribution list you created.

Go to Administration > Masters and then select Distribution List.

Find the list.

Click the Pencil icon to edit. You can edit the description and recipients from the Edit Distribution List window. You cannot edit the short name.

Click the Trash can to delete.
