Manage Roles Feature

Access to Pavillio is controlled by roles and features. Each user is assigned a role, which determines their available features. Roles can be system-defined or user-defined. On the Manage Roles page, system-defined roles can be customized to fiit your Agency’s workflow.

To Assign or Unassign a Feature to a Role:

  1. Go to Administration > Manage Roles > Select the Manage Features icon for the role under the Actions column.

  2. Use the Select dropdown or the Search field to find the Feature.

    The Agency Admin and Biller roles have access to the Analytics feature. If you give a Role access to the Analytics feature, the user can access all reports thus giving access to your financial reports.

  3. In the Actions column select:

    • Unassign Unassign Icon icon - allows you to remove the feature for the Role.

    • Assign Assign Icon icon - allows you to assign a feature to the Role.
