Manage Imports Feature
Importing data is done with csv templates. To use csv templates, you must have Agency Admin permissions.

Go to Administration > Manage Imports.

Select the Download Template button to download templates.
You must first import the Clients templates and then the Service Agreement templates before importing other client-related imports.
It is vitally important to use the formatting document for each template to help guide you while entering data. Not following the expected formatting can cause the records to fail importing.

It is best practice to always download a new import file as there may be changes.

Always refer to the formatting key even if you think you know what is required as there may be changes.

Never open a CSV in excel – leading zeros and formatting of data can be lost.

Always save and import CSV files – an excel file cannot be used for importing.

Click the Import button, select the applicable import, and then select Import to upload the file.
The import can take some time as it creates the records. To check on the status of the import, click the Filter button and use the filters to see the status of the import.
You can download failed reports to determine which records failed. Rework the data using the format guide and then reimport the file.
