Agency Communications

If you were a Legacy Cashé customer with AutoClaim you must ensure that your MNits password is kept up to date in Pavillio or your claims fail to send and remits do not post.

If you completed the MN DHS ERA Affiliation your claims and remits use our TP connection, however keeping your MNits password up to date has value with support help and in the near future will allow service agreements to flow into Pavillio.

  1. Go to Administration > Agency > Communication tab.

  2. In the Communication Type field, search Direct Connectivity >.

  3. Click the Plus sign in the Action column for the Payer.

  4. From the Add Communication Credentials window, delete your old password listed under Parameters Name.

  5. In the Parameters Name field, select SFTP Password, enter your new password in the Value field and then select Add.

  6. Select Save.
